Welcome to our US AGM registration pages!

The Gathering this year is in Dunedin, Florida and will follow the highly successful format used for the 2019 Gathering in Dunedin.


Officer Meetings and General Meeting

The Council Meeting will be held on Friday morning, November 1st.
The General Meeting, to which all members are invited, will be held on Saturday morning.

United States Branch 2024 Gathering Program
Thurs Oct 31 Registration – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Registration and Raffle Room, Holiday Inn Express.
Brewery Tour and Tasting – Departs from the Holiday Inn Express Hotel at 11:00 am.
Sunset Dolphin Watching Cruise – Departs dockside at Dunedin Harbor at 4:30 pm.
Hospitality Suite Open – 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Fri Nov 1 Registration - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Registration and Raffle Room, Holiday Inn Express.
Executive Committee Meeting – 9:00 am at the new Dunedin City Hall
Council Meeting – 9:30 am to 1:00 pm at the new Dunedin City Hall.
Clan Macpherson March – kicks off at 6:00 pm on Pinellas Trail next to the Holiday Inn Express
Official Group Photograph – 6:15 pm at Pioneer Park, downtown Dunedin
Cocktail Hour and Reception – 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Bon Appetit Restaurant at Dunedin Harbor
Formal Dinner and Awards Ceremony – 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm Bon Appetit Restaurant at Dunedin Harbor
Hospitality Suite Open – 10:00 pm to 12:00 am
Sat Nov 2 Annual General Meeting – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Dunedin City Library Community Room.
Pipes and Drums Band Concert – 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Pioneer Park downtown Dunedin
Whisky Tasting – 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm at the VFW in Dunedin
Scottish Supper – 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the VFW
High End Auction – 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the VFW
Ceilidh – 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the VFW
Hospitality Suite Open – 10:00 pm to 12:00 am
Sun Nov 3 Kirkin O’ Tartan – Historic Andrews Chapel 10:00 am to 11:00 am
BBQ and Picnic – Edgewater Park at the Dunedin Harbor - from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Hospitality Suite Open – 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Hotel Reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly. The room rate is $159.00 +Room Tax (Clan Macpherson Rate). The rate is valid from 24 October through 10 November 2024 (come early or stay late). Be sure to identify yourself as part of Clan Macpherson group.

Hotel room rate includes: Free breakfast every morning, Free parking, Free WiFi, and Heated pool. Centrally located. Walk to everything.

The deadline for hotel reservation is October 15, 2024. Hotel bookings are first come first served. Deposits are refundable. BOOK NOW. Reservations after October 15th on an "as available" basis.

Fee includes the Annual Meeting on Friday afternoon, the Cocktail Reception and Formal Dinner with hosted bar on Friday Night, The Pipes and Drums concert on Saturday afternoon, the Whisky Tasting on Saturday afternoon, the Celeidh with full buffet dinner and hosted bar on Saturday Night, the Kirkin’ O’ the Tartan on Sunday morning, and BBQ/Picnic on Sunday afternoon.
