General Council Members arrive in Monterey, California

Other AGM attendees arrive in Monterey, California

EVENTS:
- 8:00 AM — Registration desk opens.
- 8:00 AM — Executive Committee Meeting until 9:00 AM.
- 9:00 AM — General Council Meeting until Noon.
- 10:00 AM — Hospitality Suite opens.
- 1:00 PM — Group tours/activities scheduled for Friday afternoon.
- 5:00 PM —
- Hospitality suite closes.
- Happy Hour until 7:30 PM.
- Dinner is on your own. Recommended dining options will be included in the Registration Packet.
- 8:00 PM — Ceilidh until 11:00 PM. All Regions please plan to have an act/performance.

Saturday, October 11th

EVENTS:
- 8:00 AM —
- Apple Breakfast for first time AGM attendees.
- Registration Desk opens.
- 9:00 AM — Annual General Meeting until Noon,
- 11:00 AM — Hospitality Suite opens.
- 12:00 PM — All Members Luncheon.
- 2:00 PM — Classes and workshops for all members until 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM — Happy Hour until 7:00 PM.
- 7:00 PM —
- Doors to the Banquet Room open.
- Formal Dinner, Dance and Awards until 11:00 PM.

Sunday, October 12th

EVENTS:
- 10:00 AM — "Kirkin Of The Tartan" Sunday Service until 11:00 AM.
- 1:00 PM — Barbeque at McPherson Ranch begins and lasts as long as you want it to. All members and guests are invited. McPherson Ranch is located approximately 30 miles from Monterey.
