2008 AGM Registration System

Welcome to our AGM registration system. The Clan Macpherson website is hosted by GoDaddy.com and we have worked hard to create a secure environment for online transactions. Your Credit Card transactions will be processed by PayPal®. The US Branch relies on PayPal® to process all of our credit card transactions. Your credit card information is safe with PayPal®. You do not need a PayPal® account in order to make a payment.

The registration fee for this year's AGM is $100 per person and includes:

  • The cost of the Formal Dinner and Dance on Saturday evening, October 11
  • The cost of the All Members Luncheon on Saturday, October 11
  • The cost of the Apple Breakfast for first-time AGM attendees on Saturday morning, October 11
If you do not choose to register online, you may use the printable form to register by mail and include a cheque for the proper amount.

Here are the steps you will follow to register online for the 2008 AGM in Monterey, CA:

  1. You will enter the following into an online form on the next web page:
    • Your name
    • Your complete address
    • Your e-mail address
    • Your CMA Membership # (if you have it available)
    • Your day-time telephone # and/or
    • Your evening telephone #
    • Your expected arrival date and time
    • Your expected departure date and time
    • Indication that you will or will not be staying at the Embassy Suites (our host hotel).
    • Your name (as well as those in your party) as you wish it to appear on your name badge(s), the ages of any children in your party and indication if this the first US Branch AGM for anyone in your party
    • The number of people in your party who will attend the All Members Luncheon
    • The choices of entrees for the Formal Dinner and Dance
    • Indication that you will or will not bring an item for our famous Chinese Auction (Raffle)
    • Indication that you will or will not mail an item for our famous Chinese Auction (Raffle)
    • Indication that you do or do not wish to host a table at the Formal Dinner and Dance
    • Indication that you do or do not wish to present a class/seminar on saturday afternoon and the subject of your presentation if you do
    • Your interest in attending the Sunday Barbeque at MacPherson Ranch (no additional fee applies)
    • Your interest in participating in one or more of the group sctivities
  2. You will then submit the above information for validation.
  3. If there is an error, the page will indicate which fields are amiss.
  4. Once all the information has been entered correctly, you will be shown a confirmation page. This is your chance to make sure that all the information is correct. If not, click the "Back" button on your browser and modify your renewal information.
  5. If the information is correct, click the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of the page.
  6. You will be taken to PayPal®'s secure site to complete payment for your renewed membership. If you already have a PayPal® account, simply log in to PayPal® as you normally would. Otherwise, be sure you have your credit card information in front of you and click on "Continue" as shown here:
  7. Once you have completed payment, you will be directed to our online hotel reservation page.
