The clan has a strong presence in England and Wales and we are always keen to meet members and Macphersons who may wish to become members or attend some of the events the clan organises. The England and Wales branch AGM took place in Cumbria, at Clifton, the site of the last battle of the Scots on English soil, on July 4th 2009. The E&W branch were delighted to welcome many Scottish cousins to the occasion. The photographs were taken by Renata Stankova, a keen supporter of Clan Macpherson activities from the Czech Republic, now living in London. For a look back at previous E&W London events, click on the following: The next major E&W event is the London Ball, which this year will be held on Friday 20th November, at the Caledonian Club, Halkin Street, London. We welcome Macphersons and friends from all branches to this annual traditional Scottish dinner and reeling evening. Tickets will be available early October. Details will be posted on the website.
